On February 4, 2003 director of KCPSC M. Pogrebinsky and expert of KCPSC A.Finko took part in the round table "Political Reform in Ukraine: Meaning and Mechanisms of Implementation" organized by the National Institute for Strategic Studies.
In his report A.Finko devoted special attention to such issues as Ukraine’s movement towards formation of pluralistic democracy of European type and consolidation of political parties’ role in the country’s political system.
